New Battery Pack Welding Assembly
Custom battery packs are now available through Progressive Image with their addition of battery pack welding equipment and processes. Combination of C, D, A, AA, AAA batteries along with thermal protection headline our current offerings.

New Termination Equipment
The addition of (3) Schleuniger SC200 Strip and Crimp presses along with a Schleuniger 9320 cut and strip processing machine has brought more efficient higher quality wire harness production. With these additions, Progressive Image will improve on- time delivery as well as cost savings with the reduction of processed labor.
New RF Coaxial cable assemblies available
Coaxial cable assemblies are now part of the Progressive Image line-up of custom assemblies. BNC, TNC, N, UHF, SMC, SMA and many others are available as discrete components or as a completed custom RF cable.
